We have considerable experience in handling a wide variety of business litigation matters; in arbitration, mediations, and in trial and appellate courts. We have regularly and successfully represented clients from traditional civil and criminal litigations, to consumer disputes and labour related issues. The firm also has experience in assisting in complex constitutional law matters. We also have considerable experience in filing cases in quantity for financial institutions for recovery of bad debts, both under the negotiable instruments act and under SARFAESI as well as civil recovery, as summary suits and before the Debt Recovery Tribunal.

CORPORATE AND COMMERCIAL LAW

We liaise with appropriate government departments at the central, state and local authority levels. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

One of our important area of practice is the intellectual property laws. In order to protect the proprietary rights of our clients, we provide legal assistance in registering any intellectual property under the various IP legislations and provide best methods to protect trade secrets, as well as drafting agreements for use/license/ franchising of trade marks, trade secrets and technology. Services also include conducting litigation to contest violations and protecting intellectual property.

LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT

We provide solution-oriented advice in all aspects of labour laws for employers on a wide range of workplace issues, be it with unions, employee related disputes such as retrenchments, lay-off, dismissal or statutory compliances. We have also conducted labour law audits primarily to ensure compliance, prevent violations and reduce liabilities, if any.

REAL ESTATE

Our real estate practice covers all aspects of the acquisition, ownership, development, leasing, financing, and sale of real estate, both residential and commercial including drafting of relevant agreements and related documents. We regularly engage in title searches for clients setting up manufacturing operations. We also assist in negotiations with state urban development agencies for development contracts and settlement of claims.
