With a history of acting on some of the first foreign investments into India, such as the formation of McDonalds and General Electric's initial Indian forays, Dua has some good corporate credentials. The firm's banking & finance and litigation practices have also been recommended. However, in 2010 the firm do not appear to have maintained the profile they once had and will have to recoup after losing 9 partners and 50 lawyers who left to set up Tatva Legal at the start of the year.
